MI maximum records

It was fun getting all the responses to my query of what is the maximum
number of records MapInfo can import.

The average response was 2 billion.  

We could not open this .mdb file of 1.3 million records in MapInfo because
we got "out of memory errors", but tab delimited worked fine.
