I haven't seen it, but you might try and email [EMAIL PROTECTED]

They were helpful in tracking down a system error on our hp1055cm.
You need to use a specific format (temnplate at end of msg) if you want good

service. Or alternatively you can fill out a form on this web site:
http://www.designjet-online.hp.com/
You have to create an account (free), answer a bunch of questions and let 
them cookie your hard drive. Turn around time is pretty good, ~24 hours.
The link to look for is "Email Support".

There is a list of the system error codes, but it's in the Service Guide,
not on
the web. You have to buy it, or bug them until they tell. The list price for
the
1055cm manual is $44usd and as of this morning they had 8 copies. Call 
1-800-227-8164 for parts direct ordering; You'll need the model number
of your printer (design jets look like: C*****A/B) .
