Sometime ago someone asked about the iif function. Having just come across
another situation where I needed it, here's what I came up with.
Function iif(
byval e as logical,
byval sTrue as String,
byval sFalse as String) as String
if e then
iif = sTrue
else
iif = sFalse
end if
end function
