Give MapX a go. OOP design is in the Professional future. Its just MapInfo
sees that the opportunity of building JAVA and Oracle enabling design is a
necessary step to provide the longer term platforms we will need next year. Do
not get dicouraged. I would suggest you down load MapX 4.0 for free. Expect
important announcement on component design in November. It is coming.
