Dear MIers: I have a bunch of grid files, all of which have to be converted from regions to polylines and back again to correct for centroid eccentricities generated by gridmaker. I have tried to trace the steps through mapbasic window, but Objects>Convert to Polylines/Regions does not echo. I have also tried to write a MapBasic program to do the same thing, and discovered that 1) ConvertToPolyline() function doesn't convert the damn thing, it creates and returns new polyline object 2)ConverToRegions () doesn't work at all Will you clever people tell me what to do? Ideally, I would like to know commands to be executed in MapBasic window of MapInfo...
