MI Non-overlapping buffers

Hello all:

Is anyone familiar with an existing tool or Mapbasic routine that will create
non-overlapping buffers? It's the same as  creating Theissen polygons, except
they are bounded by the outside of buffers.

The attached illustration shows what I'm after.
