Hi All It's being a while since I have had need of the list. Yet again I hope some one out there will be able to help me. I am doing a project for someone who want AutoNumbering of MapInfo Tables ala MS Access. I have an AutoSave program (Must I put it on the FTP site?) that uses a DLL and then sends DDE Commands to save any edited tables every second or so. He now want to last entry to be one more than the previous record or Max record. The problem is MapInfo has no OnSave or such handlers as in VB or Delphi so I cannot trigger any code. I therefore have to do via DDE which is a pain. Are there any other suggestions has anyone done this before. (I program my DLL's in Delphi, I am happy to use any workaround) This project is very urgent.
