For those of you who want to unsubscribe, DON'T post to the list!
This works when I'm available (because I read the mail and can
usually figure it out), but next week I'll be offline (probably).
If you don't learn how to manange your mailing list accounts all
by yourself, you will be SOL for a week. (just read the bottom
any MapInfo-L message.)
To unsubscribe from MapInfo-L (even temporarily) here's what you
do.
Send e-mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and in the body of the message
put:
unsubscribe MapInfo-L
and send it. In those cases where your e-mail address has been
changed (and majordomo doesn't recognize your new return address
and tells you that "...you are not a member...") then you must
put your OLD address on the unsubscribe line after the MapInfo-L.
This has to be manually approved, so again, next week you still
may be stuck while I'm away. If that case, try temporarily
changing your return address to the old one and unsubscribe
normally. If all fails, then please just grin and bear it until I
get back (I'm not going off line until Friday, so if you will be
needing to unsubscribe soon, better check it now.)
