Mappers; I am not familiar with the AOL instant messaging product. How does it work if you are not continuously connected to the Internet or spend a good part of your time in the field? Can you go back and read messages a day or two (or even a week) later? What about the time zone differences? All these issues might apply to those of us that are not in the office 7 days x 24 hrs.
