I have not tried Euclidean, but I am looking for a work-around for
IntersectNodes().
A "feature change" in the operation of IntersectNodes() from version 5.0 to
5.5 is disturbing my application.
In 5.0 the object returned from a pair of adjacent polygons is a polyline
along the shared line segments. Version 5.5 returns a polyline containing
the same points, but the points are ordered from west to east.
If the shared segments trend east-west, no problem is seen.
In a north-south trending line, the returned object is a useless zigzag.
