Successful applicants will have a four year degree in Geography, GIS, Business, or similiar major and/or work experience. Minimum one year using Mapinfo or other GIS software strongly prefered. Must be computer literate with Windows 95, MS Excel, and MS Outlook experience most relevant. Any experience with demographics, aerial photography, or the real estate industry a plus.
