I've had the same problems after installing peer web services (NT) on machines, the SQL sever ODBC seems to muck up the ODBC drivers for MapInfo A service pack or MI ODBC reinstall doesn't seem to work. But your best bet to overcome this message is to "map a drive" to a machine of similar spec e.g. MapInfo and SP4 and from the Windows Directory copy all the *ODBC* DLL's from their system32 directory to yours (Backup your files just in case!). This cleared up my problem. Tim Chinchen (GIS Systems Developer) 01202 454723 I.T.
