Yep, here it is straight out of the AutoCAD Help file :-
'You can export your drawing in AutoCAD's Drawing Web Format (DWF). A
DWF file is a highly compressed 2D vector file that you can use to
publish your AutoCAD drawing on the World Wide Web. Using a Web
browser, such as Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer,
and the WHIP! plug-in provided by Autodesk, others can view your
drawings via the Internet (provided you have posted them to an
Internet server and the viewer has Internet access). The WHIP! plug-in
provides dynamic pan and zoom capabilities. '
If you need the WHIP! plug-in you can get it at
http://www.autodesk.com/products/autocad/whip/whip.htm
(at least that's where it used to be.
