You can add a registry entry "ExportBorder" which controls whether
or not to include the border when exporting the contents of the window.
If the value is "0", the border will not be exported. If the value
is "1" or the registry entry does not exist, the border will be
exported. The ExportBorder registry key should be created in
KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MapInfo\MapInfo\Common.
