Many thanks to all that responded to my question about the use
of Alias variables. This issue is still troubling me, for example, if a specific
table is opened (not through the common dialog box), but through "Open
Table "SpecificTableName" the
start_x = CentroidX(SpecificTableName.obj) within the
code
works just fine.
Any takers?
