Do not run the file attached to the message with the subject "photogrammatic querry". It has the happy99.exe virus in it. This is not a hoax; it's triggered mail server alarms all over the world and my mailbox this morning is pretty full of notes from nervous servers. If you run it, it will show you a pretty display of fireworks as it reprograms your email software so that EVERY message you send out afterwards has the virus attached. Most likely, you won't even notice that it has happened. It's not a "dangerous" one (it won't trash your files), and it's easy to fix, but it is an obvious virus, and a lot of mail servers all over the world will detect it and block your mail. Search any of the anti-virus sites for info on how to remove happy99.exe if you think you have it. - Bill Thoen List caretaker for MapInfo-L ---------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe from this list, send e-mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and put "unsubscribe MAPINFO-L" in the message body, or contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
