Does anyone know of a good on-line reference that discusses projections and datums? I've got someone digitising lines that were inked onto a USGS 7.5' quad sheet and I need to figure out what projection and datum they should use. They're also doing the digitising in ArcInfo, and I need to import the data into MapInfo and overlay it onto imported DLG files in State Plane coordinates.
