To anyone that is a MI SpatialWare expert - Looking for some help.

This is what I want to do -
I have approx. 5000 Central Office points that are my targeted CO's for
xDSL build.
I also have a Dunn & Bradstreet file, Customer File, and a WireCenter
boundary file.

Using the Dunn & Bradstreet file and the Customer file individually, I
need to find the distance of each of the businesses from D&B and each
Customer from the corresponding Central Office. These files are point
files.
Looking at the D&B points, I need to capture the just the D&B
(businesses) within the associated wirecenter.
I'm working off the CLLI (WC_Code) from the CO and WireCenter files.
My result would give me a CLLI or WC_CODE, appropriate CO, D&B Name, and
distance in Feet (with option for meters) then, do the same thing for
the Customer data.
This was I will have a large result set for Businesses and Customers and
I could query this data to find distances.
For instance, Select * from Business data where distance is less than
12,000 ft. (meters)
I would have one Central Office (CO) point per Wirecenter boundary.

Yes, I am new to the SpatialWare side of things, but willing to SQL.
Thanks
