Ladies and Gentlemen,
Does anyone know how to build a hyperlink to a
mapxsite map using X, Y and zoom values?
I've seen the mapxsite online tutorial for 'linking
to a map from a static page' which uses values for street, city and state (see
below) and i imagine that its pretty similar.
http://www.myhost.com/cgi-bin/hsrun.exe/webapps/mapxsitejava/mapxsite.htx;start=HS
Handler?txtStreet=3300+Linda&txtCity=Dallas&txtState=Tx&txtSearchLayer=Locations&btnSubmit=Find&txtMMAddr=mapmarktxtMMVersion=3.x
(please excuse the automatic formatting that
OutlookExpress has placed upon it - it is just one complete string in
operation)
Ideally, I would like to know how to do this
through standard mapping and through Javamapping,
and also how to bring up the output.htm in a
secondary frame.
(I'm using the Developer edition of MapXsite, and
have had massive problems getting the identify radio button to appear in
maptools - any guesses to this would also be appreciated)
regards,
andrew bailey
