Does anyone know the difference between the
Lambert 2 projection for the central region of France, and the extended Lambert
2 projection, which seems to be used for data covering the whole of the country
? The Lambert 2 projection is supported by Mapinfo, but the Lambert 2 extended
projection doesn't seem to be.
