Ron- I'd like to recommend a great free tool I downloaded from SpatialPlus.com. It's called SearchPlus and will go throught a whole directory of .wor files and replace a search string with a new one like if everything was coded to D:\Data and you moved the map tables to e:\newdata, it could replace that string. Check it out: http://www.spatialplus.com Jason > -----Original Message----- > From: Ron Larock [SMTP:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] > Sent: Wednesday, December 01, 1999 5:02 PM > To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Cc: [EMAIL PROTECTED]; [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Subject: MI Renaming Table Path Names Within a Workspace file > > Can you help? > > We want to move several GBytes of Infomap data & related files from two > existing servers to a new one. Unfortunately there are 992 Workspace (ie. > "*.wor") files that have hard coded path names for each table file.
