Hi, I know that MapInfo displays raster images without distorting or rotating them. When overlaying vector data, it does distort and rotate the vector image so both images can line up properly but I couldn't find in user's or reference guide what is the name of the geometric transformation which is done. Is it an affine or a polynomial (order 2 ?) transformation ? Does someone knows something about that ?
