Actually, it was a new subscriber whose email server was poorly
configured. The penalty for poorly configured servers is
banishment, and so this subscriber and the server he rode in on
have been sent packing. It will still probably take a couple of
hours for the dust to settle (unless this problem has unbalanced
other servers), but I'll be watching it.
