Hi, lister, and Technical Support,
 
We are working with MapXtreme NT version 2.0 and frequently
have application time-out error message like that:

    Your session has timed out. Please start again by following the link:
___________________
 
 
We have changed the time-out counter to a certain large figure but the problem
is still there. It seems not so stable.
Did any one faced with the problem ? Any solution ?
 
The map server also randomly got 'Hatsite server errors'.
 
Technical support said it should not be a bug but our code has no problem.
We are working on English NT 4.0 service pack 4 with translation software
on map server line to display Chinese language character, which is double byte.
