Gabor,
As far as I'm aware, MI does not include the functionality to do this,
apart from setting up a layout window and manually shifting the Map window
to the desired location.

I think your looking for a Batch Printing feature. I've developed one
in-house, but it is bundled with other applications, so I'm not able to
provide it to you. However there is a product called SpeedMaps sold by
Ersis Australia (www.ersis.com.au- Brisbane and Sydney) that should contain
the functionality that you are looking for.

P.S. I'm not able to get SpeedMaps to run successfully on Win NT4, although
Ersis says that it is supported.

Hope this helps.

Subject: MI mosaic mapping.

Hi all,
I have a very large area to map. I wish to map the large area on a series
of A3 or A2 submaps (printer limitation). These maps need to be at the same
scale with repeated title boxes etc. I envisage a small scale title map
that has all the sub plans shown as tiles on it with a key.

Is there a way to do this outside of cloning the image and creating a new
layout each time? This is important as there may be a need to change
colours and layers and I want to avoid making the same changes to 30 clones
of the map each time someone doesn't like a colour scheme etc.

Any good ideas?
TIA
