Title: Where do you put Crystal Reports when you have both MI & AV 3.2?

I have severe trouble with a VB program which is using Crystal report 7; it can't registre Crystal32.OCX and therefor it dos not work. One explanation of the problems is the mix of Crystal report 7, Mapinfo with Crystal report and AV with crystal report on my development PC.

 

Crystal report is a very good report writer, but setup and version managment is a mess

MI wants to imbed Crystal reports under MI and AV wants to put it under c:\programs.

When there is a single CR installed, does one or the other program have a problem using CR?
