Thanks again for the assistance. Popular consensus was to run a SQL Query to find the non geocode points. Then put the mapper (with streets table) and browser side by side. Add and make it editable the layer with the geocode points. Then, in the browser, select one row, making sure it stays selected. Then, place the point in the mapper. Repeat all records. That easy - I knew there had to be an easy way. Again, my thanks.
