You asked "Can someone point me to some place that lists the precise sizes
of all the standard printed pages (ie: A1, A3, A4, etc)"

You can figure out the precise sizes from these three rules

1. The members of the family of standard metric paper sizes are, in
decreasing size, A0, A1, A2 etc.

2. The aspect ratios of members of each generation (A0, A1...) are the same
and have the useful property that if you take a piece from a particular
generation (say A3) and cut it in half across its long side then you produce
twin members of the next smaller generation (A4).

3. An A0 page is exactly 1 square metre in area.

With these rules and some high school math you can figure out the sizes,
like this.
Let l and s be the length of the sides of a A0 page.
a. l x s = 1
b: l / s = s / (l / s)
Solve for l:
c : l = 2 ^ (1/4) = 1.189207...
Solve for s:
d: s= 1 / 2^ (1/4) = 0.840896..

Now you can compute the entire table, by repeatedly halving the length of
the long side

Size s (mm) l(mm)
A0 841 1189
A1 595 841
A2 420 595
A3 297 420
A4 210 297
etc
