I am a MapInfo-l subsrciber but this time am hoping someone can point me in the right
direction regarding Microstation. I emailed this to the gistrans-l last week and am
not sure if it was received properly since I am not a subsriber there.
I am not a regular Microstation user and am having trouble creating a new cell
library. I have a dgn that is basically a map legend with neatlines and symbols. I
have been trying to make this entire dgn a new cell library by selecting all the
elements, placing a global origin etc...basically following the on-line help and other
documentation. The Cell Library Dialog Create...button remains greyed out. I get a
message about "Invalid Library: No End of File". I have also gotten a message (when
using cc= key in) "Attached library in 2d" but it doesn't show in the preview and when
I try to attach the 'new cell library' it gives the 'No End of File' message. Might
someone see what I have missed? Any direction would be appreciated.
