I am not aware of any written comparisons to date comparing the software
packages...however, we have a whole bunch of clients who have switched from
legacy Claritas systems to TargetPro Cluster Analyzer and the Polk PSYTE
segmentation system.
There is some methodology information about PSYTE on
http://www.DirectionsMag.com. It was in an article about a year ago written
Bruce Carroll. You can probably find it searching for "PSYTE".

switched to TargetPro.
