We are having problems with the management of our data files across the network. Generally we want to ensure that the author of the layer are the only people who modify it. As it is, we can only rely on people to do the right thing, but unfortunately this does not always occur (especially with new personel).   Would anyone like to share their experiences in the management of their data.   Thanks
