I am klark, and I believe that your problem is solved of the following way. 1. uninstall the mapinfo 2. reinitiates the PC in way MSDOS 3. in prompt keys in SCANREG / RESTORE 4. chooses the registry but present before happening the problem and restauralo 5. reinstala reinitiates your PC in 7, normal way mapinfo, and lito that estodo I have a problem, I wish to obtain mapinfo 6,0 beta and for that I must register and full all my data but profit not to register itself by an error message that is CONECTION TIMED OUT that simpre leaves despues a time, good in conclusion if you could set a standard to me or in any case not to occur to me to your name of user and your password.
