Dear List, I'm afraid I've got another problem with maps exported as .wmf files. This time the problem lies with complex polygons. I've found that when polygons with one or more gaps in them are saved as .wmf files, the exported polygon has a continuous edge that includes all the gaps. In other words, any holes within a polygon will be conected to the outer edge. These lines are usually invisible but, when the publishers try to print the maps as the image is converted to a bitmap and they show up. Does anyone know if there is a way to change the export process to eliminate these lines? Would I have the same problem if converting straight to an .eps?
