MI Automate Conversion Using MUT?

hi list,
does any know how to automate conversion using
executable universal translator ( mut.exe ), or not by using its
mapbasic GUI on MapInfo.
a have about 400 dwg file to convert, i want to use mut for automatic
conversion.
