Keith,

If you have a decent text editor you could do this yourself.

Eg assuming that your file looks like this:

x,y,x,y
x,y,x,y
...etc

use a text macro to change the file to:

Create Line into Window FrontWindow() (x,y)(x,y)
Create Line into Window FrontWindow() (x,y)(x,y)
Create Line into Window FrontWindow() (x,y)(x,y)
...etc

Save the file with a wor extension eg mylines.wor

Create the table you want the lines to go into (make sure the project is set
correctly). Make the table editable in the front window and open the
workspace file you created. Viola .... done - simple.

If you have attributes you can use the insert command to process the
graphics and the attributes.

An alternative approach is to format the file to look like a mif file -
export some of your data to see what it should look like - create the mif
file and import. Viola 2

Cheers

Martin

Subject: MI Automatically Create Lines Between Points

Hello All,

Does anyone know of a utility that will take a list containing
co-ordinates of start and end points, and create links between them.

Thanks,

Keith
