Hi Users

At little while ago I placed a question on the split update issues for multiple
overlay polygons. Thanks for all and in particular to Martin Roundill
[EMAIL PROTECTED] for his extensive explanation.

Now I am through this one but one aspect still BUG me. Every time I perform the split
polygons procedure, I end up having a bunch of slivers polygons with total area of
about 1 square meter or even less like 7,8970E-8??!. If the centroid location is
enabled, it appears on to of a line! Why does this happen? If I split a complex
polygons layer against itself (a copy of itself of course) there is no shifting on the
positioning and therefore the resulting splitted polygon should put out at the same
location.

I wonder if this is caused by floating point calculation at the algorithm level? Any
help will be welcomed.

Thanks
