Hello List, Latvian grid of Soviet Times could be Gauss-Kruger 1942 only couse it was official grid. But for keeping secrets it could be deformed ( +dx, + dy, + axis rotation) , it was special grid 1961, with different coefficients and angles of rotation for every region.
