Hello everyone, I am working with someone who has the following need/problem: He has a list of ZIP Codes and an associated company for each ZIP code. There are about 100 companies covering all of the US ZIP Codes. We have done a thematic join, which is in theory what he wants. The problem is that many ZIP Codes have 2 companies in each ZIP Code and therefore 2 records per ZIP code (one for each company). His thematic needs to show the ZIP codes with 2 companies in them as having those 2 companies and he needs to recognize all companies is in each ZIP Code. We've considered doing a thematic map of the ZIP Codes by the count of the companies in the ZIP, but he needs the ZIP Codes to represent each/both companies. I've also suggested geocoding, dispersing the points and thematically shading them. He needs to have the boundaries shaded and not the points though. It seems the solutions should be in multiple thematic maps or in some type of SQL and update column, but I am at a loss as to what that solution really is. Any suggestions?
