Jonathan,
Dotted Eyes distributes FME in the U.K.
The latest version has an NTF reader which is Ordnance Survey product
specific. It provides a standard 'vanilla' translation - one tile in yields
one file out with standard attributes and styles.
We have our own product, TranspOSe, which is the leading NTF importer for
MapInfo. It is parameter-driven and allows you to set the number of tables
output, which features go in each table, styles to be used and attributes
output. Any number of tiles can be merged into a single set of output
tables. It aims to provide maximum value from the data, so, for example,
when translating Land-Line, you have the option of producing MapInfo points
or a rendering of the symbol as a polyline to provide a scalable
recognisable map.
Please feel free to ask any questions about either product.
Regards
Leslie Last
