I have a large number of DXF files which contain OSGB Landline map tiles. When I import these into MapInfo, an error is generated of the form:
DXF Error: Syntax error in DXF file: line ###, where ### is the last line of the DXF file. However, the map tile is imported and seems OK.
Manual examination of the DXF files shows nothing obviously amiss.

This is only a problem as I have a tool for importing the DXF files which should allow multiple file selections. However, as this error occurs the tool crashes and has to be restarted for each file. As there are a lot of DXF files to import, this gets monotonous.

I've checked the extents of the drawings in AutoCAD and there aren't any stray objects outside the map tile boundary

The question is: does anyone know what's going wrong?
