Hello listers, here's another quandary for the true MI gurus:
I have two tables open, Table A and Table X (where A is a specific table
causing me headaches and X is any table in the known universe, or at
least on my computer).
If I try to perform an SQL query on Table A and Table X, when I add the
second table in the 'from Tables' space the machine completely hangs. I
have tried this on my PII 300 (I have to Ctrl-Alt-Delete about a dozen
times to restart) and my PIII 700 (I can at least kill MI and not
Windows). I do not have any trouble performing SQL queries on Table A by
itself no do I have any woes with any other sets of tables.
Does anyone have a clue what's going on here? More importantly does
anyone understand my question? :)
I'd be just as interested in hearing from other people who have
encountered this bizarre phenomenon as getting a solution, which I will
post if I am provided with one.
