Matias What dimensions are shown in the dialogue box which appears after choosing SAVE WINDOW AS.... ? Sounds like it might be set quite small. I need to do what you do often, as I produce maps for end-users who don't have a mapping package. I use the equivalent of A4 size and the maps look fine. If you need close detail, go even bigger. If you use JPG format, the image file sizes are not too unwieldy. I also SAVE from the Layout window rather than the Map window, to maximise the size of the map on the page.
