I have been doing a bit of something similar recently but there is a way to
show others the layout without needing a map viewer.
I save the layout window as a bitmap (in my case I am saving as a TIF) file
(File, Save window as) and forward it to the person I want to see it.
Most recently, I did the same but inserted the TIF as a picture in an excel
spreadsheet to illustrate the data sourced from it (the map &
database)...(Insert, Picture, from File).
Regards
Russ
