Chances are, it is the HARN for your state, wherever that is since you don't
identify yourself beyond "AOL."
Check into the NGS site (http://www.ngs.noaa.gov) to find the date of your
state's HARN adjustment. However, if you are working with MapInfo, do you
really think the specific HARN adjustment coordinate set versus a standard
NADCON conversion is going to make a discernable difference at the
centimeter level?
Distinguishing between the two is a Geodetic problem, not a Cartographic
problem for most people. You are using MapInfo for Boundary Surveys? At
the centimeter level on the ground?
I'll bet a whole lot of people would like to hear about that, if that's what
you're really doing.
