this might be one for the fbritish GISers amongst us but maybe not. i have a
OSCAR (Ordnance Survey Centre Alignment of Roads) dataset. My problem is
that it represents Motorways and dual carriageway roads with 2 centrelines
(one for each carriageway).
i need to remove one of these links (it can be either as they are not
generally more than 10 -20 m part which is accurate enough for my purposes)
the links have no common features beyond either their proper name (i.e main
street) or their road number (i.e M621)
any thoughts ideas apreciated.
