Wade,
I think this is probably an auto virus type response from the Exchange
server at that particularly institution. With the "love bug" virus making
the rounds, most of the institutions are doubling up virus protection and
many are using auto responses when they find a virus. In this case, the auto
response must be going out to the entire list. The list owner and the
institution probably have no control over this auto response and best to
just hit the delete key.

The file is currently Deleted.  The message, "MI gps stats", was 
sent from LEPAGE, MIKE (MIKE) and was discovered in Pauline Hackwood\Deleted
Items 
located at NANCITY/CITYHALL/TEXADA.
