I am currently developing a customised Info Tool using Visual Basic to run
on top of MapInfo. When I launch my VB form (activated by a button in
MapInfo) the details of the currently selected point object appear on my VB
application (as required). It is the next step that I am having problems
with:
How do I notify VB when the user selects another object and so notify VB to
Update the form?
In my MBX I have a EventSelChanged() method in which I do some simple
pre-processing to ensure that only one record is selected and that the
selection is of the appropriate table, once identified I then need to notify
the VB application to update the form. I have been looking at Callbacks but
can't figure out how they work in this scenario. Any help appreciated,
I am running VB5, MapInfo5 and Mapbasic5
