MI: multiuser capacity of MapInfo Relations

Hello all,

I have several questions concerning the multiuser capacity of MapInfo Relations.

1)      Is it possible to work with more than two users in one relation, meaning to 
have access to this file and then be able to process this file by each user (e.g. one 
works in the northern part and the other in the southern part) and afterwards have one 
complete file again?

2)      Is it possible to fix the segments by the nodes before moving because of the 
problem of disconnection during work.


Any suggestions would be helpful.
