MI Creating Polygons out of Polilines.

Hello all,

I have a question concerning the creation of polygons.

In the first table I have  polylines and lines with attributes left 
and right.(e.g. zip code right and zip code left) 

My aim is to create a new table with polygons and the information 
of the resulting area (zip code).

Is this possible in MI.
