G'day Cinda,
The affine transformations in MI work well. There is possibly something
wrong with your projection clause or affine parameters.
For calculating affine parameters I have just completed an ActiveX program
that can be used on my web site. From two known points, or 1 point,
bearing and scale, this will calculate and output a pseudo projection
clause with the affine parameters.
You will need to use MS Internet Explorer, and set security settings to low
(digitally signing components costs money).
If you are still having problems, send me what you have and I will take a
look.
Regards
Neil
